I would like to make a comment and have passed up the line to the decision makers.
There are many professional photographers / video editors who are struggling to make a living. Who are struggling to fulfill their obligations to provide for their families. This endeavor further complicates their ability to provide for their family. I wish that the church leaders who keep asking professionals to work for free, would instead, figure out budgets to hire the professionals so that they can provide for their family and not have to accept work which pays the bills, yet which is counter to their membership in the church. This asking for free is counter intuitive to fathers providing for their families. I wish you would rethink the position on this. Do you work for free?

This sounds like an amazing missionary opportunity! My husband and I are looking forward to the time when we can serve a mission together, but that’s a few years down the road. Even if we were old enough and financially ready to serve a mission, we wouldn’t be qualified for this service mission, but I bet someone out there will do a great job!
