Manage Your Magazines Online

Church magazine subscribers in the U.S. and Canada can now manage their subscriptions online at You will need to sign in with your LDS Account and have your magazine account number available. (It’s on the back cover of your magazine or on your renewal notice.)

You can change your mailing address, renew, or cancel magazines.

You can also contact them by phone.

Also, please consider giving a gift subscription to family or neighbors for Christmas!

When I tried this, I was able to edit my default mailing address, but I could not change the shipping address for my magazine subscription. The “My Subscriptions” tab finds the subscription but does not offer to do anything with it, and the dialog opened by the “CHANGE” button on the “My Recent Orders” tab does not work.

I had the same problem as kamschron.

    Kamschron and Aaron,
We are glad to get this added feedback. We have recently implemented some fixes to address the issues that are mentioned and were monitoring feedback to see if it was fully fixed. Though the number of the issues has decreased, we are still seeing it happen. We will need to do some more research to see other conditions that may exist that are triggering the problem. Any detailed information you can provide would help us fix the issue.
    Thanks for your help.

I wanted to renew a gift subscription for someone in prison. I have no way of getting the magazine account number so I decided to just add it as a new gift subscription. I tried to add the address but didn’t get a screen to add the address, just a message saying there was something wrong with the address I had submitted. I finally gave up.

How does a gift subscription of the Ensign differ from a regular ordinary subscription to the Ensign.

I have not received my November or December Ensign. My account
    # is 1661819316. It says that it doesn’t expire until Mar. 2017

I am getting my January magazines piecemeal — one at a time, not in plastic wrappers, and the covers are coming torn. “Automatable plolywrap” is still indicated on the back cover by my account information. So far I have gotten the Ensigns (2) and New Era as ordered, but not the Friend. My account # is 1662128410. I sure liked it better when the magazines came in plastic and weren’t damaged before I even got them – and came all at once. Is this going to keep happening this new way?

Subscription Number 68292 (8 Grand Court, NI) I am moving to Chorley in the UK 18 April 2016. As soon as I get my new address I shall let you know. Please do not send the Ensign to my address in NI anymore. Thanks
