The Church has released an audio version of the Book of Mormon, Bible, Doctrine and Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price for free download on iTunes in audiobook and MP3 formats.
The audiobook format makes it easy to download an entire volume of scripture in one file. MP3 files for individual chapters are also available for free download.
This is the same audio as found on the Church’s scripture CDs, but at a higher quality. It also allows you to listen to an entire volume of scripture without having to change discs.
The audio of all the standard works is available in English and Spanish, and the triple combination is available in Japanese, Portuguese, and Korean. Learn more by reading the article in Church News and Events.
To access these new resources, go to the scriptures section of the Church’s channel at iTunes.lds.org.

Is there any work being done to bring about the Mandarin Chinese version of the triple?
Adam, the Mandarin Chinese audio version is being considered and may be done next year.
I, too, would LOVE a Mandarin Chinese audio version!
I want to see video of conferance april 2011.
Any update to the Mandarin audio format?
Aaron, Sorry to take so long to get back with you, but I just found the answer. The Mandarin project was begun, but testing showed that the voices being used were too regional. They are figuring out how to best do it to accommodate the various dialects, so no current schedule.
A Taiwanese member of the church has been recording the B.O.M. His site has an incomplete MP3 download available From 1Nephi – Alma 5. (Of course the dialect is Taiwanese Mandarin, different from mainland China dialect) .

I hope this helps.
