		<description>It&#039;s surprising to me that there are so many people who didn&#039;t even use the internet once in the entire year of 2008. I use the internet every day, and it&#039;s hard to imagine not using it: especially among teenagers and college students. If internet use is encouraged nowhere else, it seems that most schools have research papers, etc. wherein internet resources play a vital part.

Of course, a relatively short number of years ago the internet didn&#039;t exist as we know it. Still, today it has become so mainstream that it is hard to imagine that so many people don&#039;t even use it once, in a year...</description>
