Let's see, at 51 I'm a boomer. I spend twelve to sixteen hours online every day (it's my job). I think that makes me a little unusual compared to other boomers my age.

I read the article trying to figure out how those over 62 use media compared to Gen Xers. Am I correct in assuming that older folks do not interact with the media - just read or view?

So applying this to the way the church uses the internet to share the message of the restoration, the majority of lds.org is for the older folks because there is no interactivity there.

Since boomers represent only 30% of the online population, what is the church doing to reach the younger 70% online who apparently prefer to interact in forums, blogs, YouTube, MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, IM, texting, etc?
