Need to find Improvement Era? Article by Hilton (Lehi in the Desert), was on front cover. Hilton's backtracking physically from Sea shore to Jerusalem of Lehi's journey. Can someone find for us?

Sorry, but magazines prior to 1971 are not available online. It was a monumental effort to digitize and put them online back to 1971, especially given current copyright rules regarding online publishing. We had to get author and artist permissions for all text, photos, and illustrations. Old publications, such as the Millennial Star and Improvement Era are available in collections such as BYU and Deseret Book.

This is great addition to the magazines sites. However, I have a question in regards to pre 1971 texts.
As a home educator who doesn't live in UTAH to access the church archives, I'm occasionally needing to access the text of articles from church publications prior to 1971 which I'd like to study. How can I access them via the internet?
