Photos of General Conference

by Larry Richman on May 14, 2008

We have posted online additional photos from general conference. There is a link to them on the Ensign home page, where you’ll also find a link to experiences from people who attended conference.

With the next upgrade to the magazines site and the general conference site, these additional photos and user-contributed conference experiences will be more integrated.

Thank you for the link to the conference photos! What a great set of photos illustrating the international nature of the current membership. I have copied the link and sent it to our ward members, using tinyurl.com. (The original url is overwhelming!) I know that it is possible for members to dig through lds.org and find these photos, but I doubt that many would do this.

These are amazing photos! I’d like to see color versions if available and perhaps landscapes. These would all be amazing photos that could be used for screensavers or desktop wallpapers. I’m interested to find out what user-contributed experiences are coming down the pipe.

Hi webguy… This comment is related to this post. I’m just posting here because it’s the most recent. I wanted to know if you’d be interested in doing an entry about Twitter.com. Have you heard of it? It’s a micro-blogging site and it’s all the rage these days. Having done a little bit of research into it myself, it seems like it offers a lot of possibilities that are only limited to the imagination. Do a Google search for “Twitter uses” and “Twitter tools” or “Twiter mashups” and you’ll see what I mean. Check out the Twitter blog for more info too: http://blog.twitter.com/

Oh… and here’s one more good Twitter link: http://www.cherryleaf.com/twitter.htm
