It would create an on-demand catalog of church videos available to members while minimizing the bandwidth cost. I talked about this at http://beta.tech.lds.org/forum/showthread.php?t=700 and I really think it's the way to get the video resources out to the members in an efficient manner. Aside from that, I must say, Pres. Hinckley has done so much to encourage the presentation of Church media by means of the Internet.
